The owners are husband and wife, Dennis and Gayle Folden. Dennis started in construction, framing homes in 1976 after school when he was 16 years old. He started his own business in 1978, framing around 85 homes a year with up to 15 employees. In 1988, Dennis became a general contractor. Dennis and Gayle started building Custom Homes as D&G Construction. Wanting to expand their business into Custom Homes and spec homes they became Great Northwest Homes in 1997. Thru the years they have built many homes, prices ranging from one hundred thousand dollars to million dollar lake front homes. In January of 1998, 2001 and again in 2003 Dennis won the Stanley National Nail Driving Championship in Dallas Texas at the International Home builders Show. Dennis has also been accepted as a Lifetime Member in the National Registry of Who's Who for his accomplishments in business. Terry is our Construction Supervisor. He diligently oversees and schedules sub-contractors. He will also oversee and schedule sub-contractors for any customer service you may need following your move-in. Terry works hand in hand with homeowners who are wanting to remodel due to water damage, fire or just to update their home. Devon has worked over the summer during school framing and helping with other construction needs. He started working full time after graduating from Bethel High School in 2005. Devon works hand in hand with Terry making sure each custom home, remodel and spec homes exceeds your expectation for quality. His attention love for his job shows in his work. Candice graduated from Bethel High School in 2002 and received three certificates in Business; Sales and Marketing; Business Technology, and General Business. She also received the Award for Business Student of the Year 2002. She will work with you during the construction of your home, helping you with your selections and optional upgrades. She meets with each client prior to building a custom home, remodel, and commercial projects. The employees at Great Northwest Homes love what they do and build each home as if they were going to live in it. They view the purchase of a home as the most important purchase you'll make in your life. We believe in three things; quality work, response, and follow-up which would include your expectations, questions, and requests. |
